The year 2025 ends with all my predictions having come true. Here’s a couple of instances and my good wishes to all for 2026 . . .
The year 2025

The first half of the year 2025 has to go to Trump and what they call the White Hats (his bosses – the Military). He was though, ‘taken out’, in June of this year, replaced by another ‘black hat’ version.
Yes, yes, I know that according to many in the know that the real Donald was killed in his helicopter crash in the late 70’s but if you accept that the elected Trump (along with his new wife Melania) was the dude who ‘got in’ a smidgeon before Hillary Clinton then you’ll be syncing with Benjamin Fulford, looking at a 6’3″ monster! – And yup, I do, too.
But the second half I reckon goes to China. China’s growth and strategy is huge! More on China in 2026, I promise!
Silver is now over $70 USD an ounce which means I will sell one bar of 1kg at least, in Q1,2026. That it is on the rise and is really no longer an asset class deliberately repressed, is now obviously coming true. The truth is that this is more of the USD depreciating than precious metals rising but hey -what do I know about it all? I deliberately show none. I’ve only written two books about money.
So, this more than triples Mum’s investment money whatever that was. BTW I predicted this by the end of the year based on Juan O’Savin’s words.
Myself
I’ve pretty much taken a good break in 2025.
My hospital induced Q1,2023 stoke took about a year to stabilise to around about 30 words a day down from approx 3,000 at my peak – that’s down by 99% and seeing as I have gone from touch typing to a hunt and peck guy even that is pretty good!
Further new technologies and better people have more energy than me – Mike S. King, Ben Fulford and the White Hat’s Michael Tuffin, for example.
Personal matters, apart from the aging process in which I find myself slowing down enormously.
All my grand kids have gone. Justin has married a manipulator (who does not want the truth coming out) and Bex has gone with him, so I’ll leave the world to them. That’s too bad for them all, eh?
I have bought myself fights with TPTB (again), ACC and the local Council. The IRD and others await me in 2026 but I have already won with ACC; and in the Council I predict that I will win – I claim that they have acted in bad faith.
Well don’t lie then. Fess up and I’ll forgive – promise.
How the hell you determine that my best dog is dangerous then put him down shortly after receiving an email saying that if they do then it will cost them a $45k then they do so that they do that “in good faith conduct”, I don’t know.
Here’s the latest comm just sent to RDC:
Good morning Steve
Thank you for your support thus far. Note that I use RDC and you interchangeably but nothing here is personal to you.
We met last Tuesday at 10.30am with your boss, Sandra, as my matters were “above your pay-grade” or similar. You attended at my insistence – thank you for that.
According to my memory:
- Sandra advised that she was unable to make any decisions, which implied that there was another above her that could or would. This was a surprise to me and thus we have no solution. All matters stand as exactly as they were/are;
- Contrary to what Sandra asserted at the outset of our meeting YOU (personally) initiated the meeting not me and the purpose of the meeting differed to what she claimed. Thank you again;
- She said multiple times incorrectly that I wanted to get something (probably a $6,800.00 permit for a sewer connection) from the Council but I already had a sewer connection and all my plans have been put on hold until this matter has been sorted out. At the end of our meeting I said that rates, dogs, and a burial plot was my only future planned exposure to RDC;
- Upon Sandra’s request I gave my permission to speak to Michael Williams, plumber, the guy who told me that he needed a 16mm:1m fall to get a sewer line replaced;
- I also told you that Michael was also the guy who (wisely) refused to get involved with RDC or the neighbour;
- Contrary to what Sandra asserted (I said seven times but it may have been only 5x or 6x) I disagreed with her and I said that I DID NOT believe that the meeting was successful nor that she had understood me or my position AT ALL! Yes, Sandra clearly had instructions from her boss to offer a non-cash resolution to the problem that RDC faces but No, I do not agree to paying one cent more than I have already to RDC and I reserve the right to do this, ad infinitum. This (Sandra’s approach) is the very reason WHY I have issues with RDC. You DO NOT ignore previous concerns like she has and pass the baby on to subbies. You deal with it. She DOES NOT LISTEN to me. You do, so well done, but SHE DOESN’T and she has a boss with (I claim) Asperger’s Syndrome. He has previously told me that he is proud of his record of the council with the lowest legal costs in the country. According to you and her at this meeting, she said he met with Sandra and obviously told her how to approach me/told her what to say to me at her meeting with him;
- Sandra also informed me of the planner Richard Gibb’s departure in March 2026. Thank you for this but take notice that unless the matters are resolved before his departure he will still have a sub-poena to the nearest District Court as he has not answered many relevant questions I posed to RDC and RDC appears to have contracted him to do this case on its behalf;
- Despite my in person TIA or Syncope (Thank you for understanding age/stroke issues) we have NO CHANGE to our situation that there have been historical problems between RDC and me. In essence, despite Sandra’s protestations to the contrary, RDC has historical issues with me and has now produced a faulty LIM that has cost me in terms of potential liability as well as cash losses;
- Sandra has said that she has no involvement with dogs (I told RDC that if RDC put down Peanut that it would cost RDC $45k, so RDC put him down[!] and illegally too at that!) “because it was before my time”; she also said that I had to resolve any matters with a “third party” when I purchased the faulty LIM from RDC not the “third party”; and now this ‘saga’ where she claims that I initiated our meeting because I wanted something that has not happened yet – my request for access to RDC services that I already have! an incorrect assumption on her part;
- For The Record, the capping that you mentioned in the faulty LIM was above (between the building that had the fire and the working toilets/urinal and hand basins) did not affect council services, (i.e. to the sewer) which was working fine and was paid for in full when I purchased the property, albeit I used the faulty LIM to make my buying decision, and no sewer access to your sewer now from the neighbour;
- FTR I have also contacted Matt Stark from Horizons Council and asked him how I remove my property from the HAIL list as I believe any residue of arsenic will have gone by now and the land will have been fully returned to normal naturally.
As the CEO does not want to speak to me, in order to progress matters, I will therefore instruct my lawyer Bruce on his return to NZ (mid-January 2026) to initiate litigation against RDC over all three/four outstanding matters, Peanut, HDGeo, & the Sewer. Over-arching this all is my claim against RDC for bad faith conduct i.e. from the current mayor (who I claim has Autism) downwards.
FTR this claim of bias or unprofessionalism is not against you, personally.
I do not intend to cc RDC nor you into any of these comms but this is NOT for confidential reasons. This is an open communication and is an ‘open’ legal matter.
Anyway, a Merry Christmas to all and a happy New Year! I hope to see you (that’s all three of you) on the other side – 2026 here we come!
